I think I made a mistake before and only gave Randy 4 stars. He is definitely 5-star. He fixed the problem with the dryer and in the course of doing so discovered a leak in our powder room with water dripping into the cellar. He alerted me so I could call our plumber. Plus he was friendly and kept my husband entertained. Thank you, Randy.
