Washer technician
He was an excellent service technician! However as soon as he left, the washer started acting up again and quit washing and using code C4 I tried to call Sears to have him come right back! The recording said I did not have an open ticket! Washer still in peril, I am heading to the laundry mat to wash clothes!!

Very smooth appointment process, got appointment quickly to address a dryer issue. Chris arrived on time, introduced himself, was very professional and engaging. Explained the issue and cleared the duct, and then took extra time to provide tips for maintaining the dryer and avoiding costly or safety issues in the future. Highly impressed and recommend Chris!

GE Profile Washing Machine
Excellent, courteous, and knowledgeable technician!!! Unfortunately, terrible washing machine for which we need to make many adjustments and observations, in order to try to make it work properly. The clanking noise, which is supposed to be normal, is horrible. "Smart" machines should be smooth, quiet, user friendly, and efficient. Very sad that we have to adjust to a washing machine in order to wash efficiently.
