whirlpool fridge repair
Technician was very courteous and professional. The fridge wasn't totally thawed after being unplugged for over 24 hours, but he worked to get it thawed so he could replace the parts. He was very neat and collected the replaced parts in a bag and didn't leave a mess. Very happy with both technicians, not with the company, in that we can't talk to a real person. Resulted in taking over a month to get fridge repaired. Originally called August 17th and finally repaired September 28th. Original technician ordered parts and we received one but complete order wasn't shipped. Second technician arrived several weeks ago even though I called company and indicated we didn't have parts yet. He was very gracious and said he would check to see what happened and he called back to let us know he reordered the parts. He came today and installed parts.
