Technician was courteous and professional. Explained everything during the troubleshooting process on what he found wrong and what it was going to take to repair. Ordered parts and returned one week later for the install. Range is working like new. Awesome Job!

Professional and efficient However, Customer Service is a 0 This appointment was scheduled for yesterday and no one showed up I've had 4 no shows since July 1 and 2 appointments kept. That's 6 times I've waited for a Tech There is an obvious disconnect with the appointment scheduling and Customer Service is at a loss to remedy it.
