Mark was great but the claim process needs improvement
My issue was NOT regarding how my refrigerator works; that was made crystal clear when I CALLED and spoke with you and what I WROTE in my claim description. I was TOLD by the store and by whoever spoke with me by phone in your claims department that my issue COULD be addressed by a technician. HOWEVER, Mark said BECAUSE my unit is in perfect working order there's nothing he can do to help; he advised coffee grounds to absorb the odor. I was concerned that would be the case, which is WHY I asked every step of the way if this was a valid claim. It seems to me that when issues are discussed, SOMEONE on the scheduling end should be able to discern whether or not the complaint is anything that can be addressed. Otherwise, you're only wasting your resources, the technician's time AND the consumer's time.

Dryer
Showed late, repair ok but dryer now rattling, have to arrange return call to maybe tighten screws. Never made noise before. Good news after waiting weeks now have heating dryer.

Did his job
The repair person called in the morning to say that he was overbooked and had to change my morning appointment to the afternoon. He showed up a little after 3 p.m. Pros: -He communicated the change and his arrival time effectively -He was cordial -He did his job (replaced the stovetop) Cons: -I had to change my schedule due to the overbooking situation -It would be nice for the company to have the service repair person take the old stove top and the box with them because it is a large item and hard to dispose in a regular household trashcan.

Efficient tech
