He did a great job; however, Sears customer service is horrible, because you can't get a live person to talk to. There is only 5 or 6 questions to choose from that didn't come close to me getting an answer. I was at the end of my rope, and was about to cancel when he showed up. He came back today, and completed the job. Thumbs up!

Tec was great, my problem was on Wednesday the 7th Tec never showed up and I had to call to see what the problem was, instead of coming the next day I had to wait until the 9th. There was never any commination until I called
