Third time's a Charm? FINALLY!!
Due to no fault from Doug! He was out here 3 times! This was ALL because of the "Customer service specialists" at Sears don't know what they are doing! Their customer service is the WORST! Mr. Doug was patient, and understood what the problem was! It took Sears over 1 month to "find" the part...I contacted the local contractor who does most of the work...I was told that they had suspended doing work for Sears because they had NOT been paid! BTW..They found the part in about 2 hours!! My parents have been customers for OVER 50 years, I guess that makes no difference! No wonder they went Out of business!!

Back up and Running.
Alex was great. He replaced all five parts in a few hours and got my fridge up and running again. Great to have a working fridge again after two months of not having it. Living out of a spare college dorm size fridge sucks. If I have to criticize one thing it would be not keeping me informed on an updated arrival time. Not sure if that is on him or their central dispatcher. Regardless he completed a big job quickly and professionally.
