I'm impressed with the professionalism of Travis. Other technicians can learn customer service skills from him. He was unable to replace the bub in the oven, I expect a follow-up to replace the light.

Repair refrigerator
Mark was very disrespectful, he entered my home with an attitude. It only made matters worst when he asked me to pull the refergarator from the wall and I said I am a disabled veteran and was unable, I asked him not to go in my refrigerator without gloves, which we had words and said he could not do his job and proceeded to check the ice maker, he was frusted became was unable to connect the mirroring of the TV and refrigerator so he told me I had to unplug each of the device and reset my modem and call after this was done. I had the model & serial number to the TV on my phone, he asked to see, hand my phone to him, once he was done with the phone, he placed on the counter and when I asked to return my phone he refused to give to me. He said and I quote "it on the counter, you can get it when you come this way". Mark said there was nothing more he can do and started packing, I asked was someone else returning to fix my refrigerator, what do I have to do about replacing the ice maker. He refused to answer. At that point I was very unset and followed him to his vehicle, repeating my follow up questions and asking him to call his supervisor. The supervisor told him to call the police and the supervisor did not talk with me. The police was called and I am still without the repairs and the replaced recalled ice maker.
