Honestly five stars besides the waiting for final fix it
He is great, works quickly however need more communication if unable to make it after a day of waiting. However. I don't know that he is the reason for this. The glitches in Sears automatic system and appointment times is ridiculous. I'm going to need that to be addressed within Sears IT!

Disappointed with service
Each time Anthony has come to my home nothing has never been resolved. I have a line coming from the Heat Pump into my home and part of the line was expose to the elements, and should have been covered as you will see when he submits his picture. He never brought that to my attention or taken any action to resolve it. And when I ask a question he never has a clear answer. I even asked about the exposure of the line and he his response was not clear or logical. After he left, I went to the hardware store (with picture) and spoke with an HVAC person working there. He informed me this should be covered not expose to the elements, which can decrease your coolant by 2 or 3 percent. I bought the material to cover the exposed line to the unit as was done with my other unit. I will not seek your service in the future when it comes to HVAC service or maintenance . I'm glad the other services Sears provide are not as bad as your HVAC service.
