Jeff arrived within the time frame he said he would, and quickly repaired my washing machine. He answered questions I had and showed me what to look for in the event other problems arise in the future. He was very knowledgeable about his work and efficient in doing the repair.

First date to fix ice maker canceled by you because new ice make not received. I was in receipt of the new ice maker for over a week prior. I was not contacted to see if had received the ice maker, this set my instillation back two weeks. Not good.
