Blake diagnosed the problem with my Samsung washer and let me know what the resolution would be - installing a new washer.

Excellent repair provider
The problem was diagnosed on the first visit and fixed once the new part arrived. We had a small leak after that but had no problem scheduling a second visit at which time the problem was resolved as part of the service warranty. Happy with the results.

Fridge-Freezer
Craig was very professional, he installed the 2 of the four parts. The other two parts that were not available were still unavailable. He was a confused about the entire issue. He said he thinks he resolved the issues and call back if what he did doesn't work.
