Excellent Technician (nickname is Wally)
My Sears technician today was knowledgeable, efficient, careful, polite, friendly, and had the part I needed, so I have my washer back! It is fantastic when they have the part and you don't have to wait days to get it. I am very happy with the service and Wally.

Repair tech was on time and professional. However, he was slow to receive the suggestion made by the former repair tech re: removal of the washer lid but benefitted from the info. He was pleasant and helpful with maintenance recommendations.
