The tech was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He was sorry the microwave couldn't be repaired. He reviewed the measurements in the manual and assured me we should be able get an exact match to fix in the same space. Excellent customer service.

Dishwasher water leakage
Daniel did a fine job in defining the problem with leakage and corrected the solution in a professional manner. He also explained the problem and what he did to stop and further leakage, running the dishwasher through its cycles. We were not placing the pods in the correct location and he explained where they should be placed. He also explained the power feed underneath the front door. Excellent work overall...well doe finally after four other cancellations and rescheduling actions on this problem.
