The 2 service technicians that have come to our home Bryan and Lemon were excellent, pleasent, understanding, very professional, but customer service from the stand point of scheduling is very lacking ( it sucks)

The technician who came to fix my broken dishwasher was very polite and helpful. They answered all my questions and even checked for any other issues. They were friendly and exactly the kind of person you would want to come to your home in these unfortunate situations.

Whirlpool Refrigerator Light Repair
Your technicians are nice and are knowledgeable but your scheduling and other part of the experience I would rate POOR! First of all, the tech came on Tues. fixed one light but said he would order the other light and would come back Monday. Monday came and NOONE came as you wanted me to tell you that the part came to my home. The tech did not tell me he was shipping the part to my home and I would have to tell you if it was delivered. Monday came and you said noone was scheduled to come. You rescheduled for Wed. and I told you my cell phone. The tech arrived and tried to text to our landline. I told you it was a landline and not to text to a landline. Noone called me. Email from you said you would be here at 3:30pm today. He came about 1pm. Sat outside my house. Did not come to the door and I happened to look out the window and saw him driving away. I flagged him down and it took him less than 5 minutes to repair. BAD communication and there is no way you can speak to a person. I would NEVER recommend your repair service to anyone! The techs are great but your communications are POOR!
