Anslem was an excellent representative of Sears service! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous! He immediately evaluated the problem and then explained what my options were. In addition, he is a great salesman. He helped me apply for a Sears credit card so I could pay my bill and search for a new refrigerator. I cannot remember a service call being so enjoyable especially when the outcome is that I need a new refrigerator!!
