Mike arrived at the expected time, replaced the part, made sure the washer was working and I was so happy to finally have my washer fixed.

Mike was great, he was informative, helpful, polite, punctual and very patient. He got our washer fixed super quick and I would recommend Sears Appliance Repair to anyone.

The tech that showed up today was very friendly and knowledgeable. Superb customer service. But last week I was not happy with thr service I spent all day waiting for someone to show and no one did I was not able to speak to someone till after the window 8-5 was over to be told that there was no tech assigned to the case after getting messages that someone would be out to fix my dryer that day. Then told the tech got sick and couldn't make it, that is fine but no one could call and say that instead of me wasting a whole day and not getting enough sleep because I work nights 12hr shifts But I can't fault the tech that came today he was great and fix the problem with efficiency and explained the problem.

My Tech was Joey G. He was very professional. I understood what he was tell me the problem with my washer. Kudos to Joey. I would recommend and outstanding award for him. My washer was not repaired. Nothing on Joey part. Communication on the other end with parts. I am not happy with Sears overall service. I am very frustrated. Because I could not talk to a live person. Every time I called I was switch over to a automatic service. If had to rate customer services 1-5. 5 being good. My rating would be 1 (very poor) services. One of my service day the tech didn't show up. My day was a waste because I took the day off. Got a text that morning with a window 8am-4:30pm. At 4:30pm got a text telling me that I need to reschedule, I should have gotten a phone call. That is unacceptable.
