Solomon was a total professional. He went above and beyond finding a motor for a 20 year old unit and installing it in a very hot house. He was excellent. He is a 5. Your response to my claim was lousy. I placed this repair request April 29. Today is August 6. You tell me if I'm happy. I've had no a/c since April 29. Today, August 6. I have it again. I lost hours at work each time someone was scheduled. I lost about 20 hours at approximately $400 in lost wages.

Kenmore washing machine repair; only took a month to complet
Finally, two competent technicians that could get the heavy lifting and maneuvering of the washer done competently. Great job of repair today. However waiting for almost over a month for 2 techs to be allowed to this job is neglectful and disrespectful to my wife and I who have been loyal Sears Home Services since 2016.
