At last someone at Sears that cares about customers.
Sayad called me over an hour before he came to my house to let me know when he would arrive. He actually fixed my microwave, was nice and professional. It was such a relief that he came, because the last 7!!! Appointments were no show, Mohamed Aziz had me on his route most of those times and was even near my house but never came and no one ever called to tell me why and that I would be rescheduled again. Sears (really Transformco) is impossible to contact, and when I finally got to a live person, they were useless and wouldn't let me speak to anyone else that could actually do something. I was promised escalation and a call within 48 hours 2 times and no one ever called. It took over 2 months and 8 appointments for my microwave to be fixed. What an embarrassment to Transformco. I have been a warranty customer since 2009, I was treated with such disrespect that I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The technician was terrific. But, the customer service has been a nightmare. I will never recommend a Sears home warranty to anyone. I have been dealing with appliance issues for months. Still waiting for my HVAC repair since first week of June.

Did what know one has done before
Taking the drum apart. The tech before him, the week before took it apart and he fixed the machine, but it had never, in 22 years been pulled apart. Thanks for fixing our machine.
