Dana Kuhn
Roy worked diligently on the dryer to fix it. Three times before other workmen just ordered parts to try and fix it but the parts did not fix it. Roy took his time and would not give up until he found the problem.

The repairman, David, did a fine job. This was a new repair for him, but he figured everything out and completed the work promptly. Any complaints I have pertain to the "system" of texts, emails, etc. The options that show up in "Chat" often didn't apply to what I was trying to ask. Order tracking was strange. I received notifications of delays, even after I actually received the ordered part. After a while, I gave up and waited until the next notification and tried again, to see whether I could get any more or better information.

David is the best appliance technician in the area!! He's prompt, personal and professional in all aspects of his service calls. His problem diagnosis is always spot on. He's never used the costly "Easter egg hunt" approach to figure out what parts are needed to repair the appliance. He prides himself in the quality of his work! He earns an extra star from this family!
