Berkley was very nice and knowledgeable! When his original repair didn't work, he quickly accessed the problem and ordered another part! He was late getting to us today but very apologetic!

Service on Samsung refrigerator
Technician came in, looked at my refrigerator model, and told me the refrigerator was a terrible model. He didn't attempt to look and see if anything could be fixed today. He didn't even look behind panels to see if anything else could be the problem. Just assumed everything in the system needs to be replaced. And he was there for about 10 minutes. Waste of money.
