Roy called in advance with estimate of arrival time, which was very accurate. He was polite, professional and provided helpful tips. He informed and explained in terms I could relate to and understand what he was assessing, why he was doing a particular diagnostic and his findings. He was very thorough. Extremely pleased with service.
