Dryer repair

He arrived in a timely manner and set about locating the problem. In no time my dryer was up and running smoothly again. He was courteous and professional. Would definitely have him back here for any future repairs.

I appreciated Lamon's professionalism and thoroughness. He vacuumed areas that he felt would be a problem and put the dryer back into its position prior to leaving. The overall experience was good--the needed part was delivered well ahead of the appointment and was the proper part.

Sticking freezer door problem solved

The freezer on our Lg fridge wasn't opening all the way. Cheikh was very thorough, professional, and courteous. He explained what was happening with our freezer door and how to use it properly (pull it all the way out using the door handle) so it opens as expected. I highly recommend him and Sears Home Services.
