The sears repair man Daniel did a great job . Quick , efficient and courteous. However, the schedule department could be better . They send an automated text saying 8 to noon . If you don’t go into text and click actual link you may miss your appointment.

The tech was great but your scheduling system sucks. Tech who showed up yesterday did not call in advance like your work order says. So we missed him. And trying to reschedule was frustrating. At first it showed an appointment for today at 8:11am. When nobody showed I tried to get information about arrival time and Bot said I did not have a service request. Thank God your tech showed up. He did not call either but I was so glad to see him I can overlook that. Get rid of the Bot and hire humans.

I appreciated Lamon's professionalism and thoroughness. He vacuumed areas that he felt would be a problem and put the dryer back into its position prior to leaving. The overall experience was good--the needed part was delivered well ahead of the appointment and was the proper part.

Mahmood was excellent. As soon as he walked in he noticed the dishwasher was not level and put in crooked, this was installed by Ryan Homes. Told us that the back of the dishwasher was higher in the back and that is why the water was leaking out the front. Mahood installed the item to be replaced. Checked all connections. Leveled the dishwasher in place. Checked for leaks. Now everything is working fine. Thank you Mahood.
