Disappointed in Wilderness
Your tech spent 10 minutes in my house and I showed him a video of the problem I made October 16th. He stated he would report the problem to American Home Shield and he said he felt it must be the wiring as the control board has been replaced 3 times and hasn't solved the problem. That is the same thing your previous technician said when he put the board in. He said if that didn't work then the only thing left was the wiring. But instead your tech stated in his report he was here for an hour and " unit is working properly ".

Zero stars of I could!!!
First came to diagnose my washer in June.After several missed follow-up service appointments, the inexperienced technician they sent came and messed up my newly ordered interface board for my washer because he didn't read the instructions that came with the part.... I had to call GE directly and pay out of pocket for a service that had been covered by my home warranty. Very unsatisfied never again customer.

Didn't do anything
The tech came in, didn't even bother to take his sunglasses off, spent maybe 5 minutes and said it's working fine and left. It's not working.

The tech never showed up for the 2nd time.
I originally had this scheduled for Saturday September 16, 2023. The tech did show and didn't call to reschedule. I called and rescheduled for today, again the tech didn't show up. This has been the worst experience, and a horrible process for getting updates for an automated system that is not accurate or real time.

Disappointed
The tech made a totally bogus statement to my wife saying that it was a light bulb and he "cleaned the contacts "????. My problem is not resolved!!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I called in to have a squeaking sound fixed in my washer. Your tech broke my machine, and kicked off an almost 2 month experience of not having a working washing machine. When he finally came to fix everything, he failed to put it back together correctly and never tested the machine. On the first test load, the machine started leaking profusely from the underside. The water has damaged my laundry room, and the ceiling below it along with getting water into two smoke alarms and a ceiling light. I will NEVER allow one of you techs into my home again! I've had to open a claim with my homeowners insurance to get this resolved. I guess we'll be seeing each other in court! PS - Your site won't let me give zero stars for the service. That should probably be fixed too.

He did not fix a thing!! Has allll these new parts sitting in my home, he came in looked in the back of the fridge and said everything is working THROUGH THE PARTS AWAY ‼️ My fridge is still NOT WORKING. PLEASE SEND SOMEONE OUT WHO KNOWS HOW TO FIX REFRIGERATORS !!!!! This has been going on for two months

Worst technician
This guy Jonny is a fraudulent person. He doesn't know his job. He shows up to my house and claims ridiculous amount from my insurance and forge my signature to get approval from the insurance company. I worked with him for almost 3 months trying to fix my refrigerator. He never got it fixed. I will never recommend him to anybody.

Review of Sears Repair Service
I am highly disappointed with Sears. One month ago you came out to fix the refrigerator and told me that it was defective and needed to be replaced. Then you decided there was a fix which turned out not to be true. Three weeks later after it was determined that parts were not available to fix it , you kept my wife on the phone for 3 hours before determining that we indeed needed a replacement refrigerator. This past Saturday a technician was sent out to confirm that we indeed needed a replacement. Meanwhile I have been renting a refrigerator until this is finally resolved. I am very dissatisfied with your service. I actually called Sears prior to the technician coming out on the 5th asking why he was coming. I was told that the determination for the replacement had not been done correctly. No one could explain what correctly meant. This is poor service. W. SIMS
