Great tech, poor scheduling
The tech service was superb. However, the scheduler is not being efficient with the tech time. The scheduler has the technician north on the highway then south then back north passed the previous point of service. This forces the customer to have longer wait time.

We appreciate the diligence and service provided by Garrett. He figured out how to reset the filter replacement notification on our model. The owner's manual did not have the procedure, your online technical support didn't have, nor was I able to find the solution online. Thank you for assigning Garrett to the service call, he was the right man for the job!
