Very friendly and helpful
Mahmood was friendly and helpful throughout this process. Unfortunately, the first diagnostic and repair on my washing machine did not ewsolve the issues. However, Mahmood ensured that he spent enough time to figure out what was going on. Ultimately, he decided it was best to replace the washing machine since there were so many parts that needed to be repaired/replaced. He helped with recommendations on what machine I should consider as a replacement.

Vikram came out to check out my water heater. Once here he realized he was here previously and was puzzeled as to why he had to come out for the same thing that he had reported that the water heater was to be replaced and no repair could be performed.
