Madjid...the technician commented that it was not cooling properly, and shorted the compressor. He replaced it and checked that it ran OK. He is very courteous and very patient with us because we are Deaf. He communicated with us clearly what was wrong with the refrigerator. Please give him a 5-star for his professional workmanship.
