Great service from Mohammad
This is the second visit from Mohammad and he's very nice and seems eager to resolve the problem with my washer. Regarding scheduling the appointment though, it took a week to have someone come out even though I supposedly have a priority service warranty so I wasn't happy with that.

Mohammad was GREAT !! but your CALL CENTER IS NOT
Mohammad was great and very calmly kept working on the fixing the issue with the icemaker. BUT I have had a nightmare calling your call center as there was no way to talk to a real person and if somehow i did, they did not care about my concern and would put me back in the same IVR which had no end. Dont know if anything is going to change but, i am still writing this in case there is one sensible person in the upper management who truly cares about the customer service. Keep in mind, sending out a survey doesn't mean anything. Its only when you act on the feedback. Its taken me sweat and blood to have sears assign another technician to look at the issue...The issue was open for more than 2 months.. Terrible Terrible call center and customer service.
