Great Experience. It's an old machine and a number of techs have stuggled to diagnose the issue for the last few months. Walton was very familiar with the machine. While he was troubleshooting the machine started working. He knew the problem was not fixed so he began to concentrate on that area of the machine where he was working. He systematically addressed each area that could cause the problem. The machine stopped working again. He continued until he found the area that was causing the machine to malfunction. He was able to duplicate the issue over and over so I think it might finally be fixed.
