Took care of the washer issue in a timely manner
Abdul and his associate came on time and communicated clearly that the washer is beyond repair and showed me where the issue was and advised the washer needs to be replaced. I am a customer with Sears for many many years and they have always took care of the items that has the warranty, with repairs or replacement.

The gas range repair by Mr. Jawid was excellently completed. He tested the unit and diagnosed the problem. The oven's ignitor had failed. He then ably and expertly replaced the part. Furthermore, he tested the range top and made minor adjustments to the burners. Thank you, Sears Home Services, for employing Jawid. He is a valuable asset to the business. Five Stars for Mr. Jawid and Sears Home Services. Thank you!
