It took three days to get the technician to my house. But once he got here, he fix the problem . it was not his fault. It was the schedulers problem. They need to learn how to schedule their employees for work. The technician was in my area earlier that day, but I was not on his list so he went to gooseland Va. . After leaving my area by this time, it was too late to come to my home. The technician did great once he came.
