Jeremy was very knowledgeable and friendly. He inspected the washing machine inside and out tipped it over to look for leaks underneath looked at the hose and the drainage port. I would recommend Jeremy to friends and family.

Jeremy was very informative about what was wrong and then took the time to explain our options. he explained that the washer is so old that certain pats are no longer available. he even recommended that he felt we would be better servedby not repairin the unit but rather buy a new unit. We appreciated his advice and suggestion that it would be best to replace rather then repair.
