Dryer Repair 14424 Wood Duck Lane 23834 Lupacchino
We had 2 open tickets with A&E through Choice Home Warranty and have waited 6 weeks for repairs though parts arrived fairly quickly. We took 2 days off for 2 different appts and the technicans showed up and said oops sorry we missed you. We were both at home 2 trucks in the driveway, garage door open, ring doorbell and 2 dogs that bark at a fly. The tech did not miss us he just took a picture and left. Al who serviced our dryer today should be used for as many jobs as possible. He was on time, knowledgeable and attentive to customer needs. He called and arrived as he said. Fixed our dryer quickly and was pleasant and professional. Al is an asset to the A&E team.
