Great Service
Prompt, professional, and transparent all the way through. He was even polite after I declined the repair as I've opted to replace my machine with a new Kenmore instead. I hope he comes back should we ever need to use our new warranty he helped me sign up for. Whatever you're paying him, pay more to keep him if he asks, he's one of the good ones.

Fix refrigerator and washer
The washer was supposed to be fixed from last time but it didn't work. I should have done a load of laundry at the time before I responded. Hopefully next time the issue will be solved. The refrigerator was unable to be fixed by tech. I will most likely replace it. The tech was very pleasant and did what he could do.
