Excellent technician
The tech that came out today was professional and knowledgeable. He was wonderful; however, my home warranty company is not. Instead of telling me that my Samsung refrigerator was not covered when I first called in for service-they sent him knowing that they don't cover what I called for. That wasted you tech's time and my money-totally unprofessional.

This repair visit was necessary because the previous repair visit did not solve the problem. While it was disappointing that the service date was rescheduled three times, I am very satisfied with the service Jeremy provided.
