Technician service
The Technician was very nice, courtesy an polite, he told us exactly what was wrong with samsung washer and what we can do better to keep our machine running.

Bad overall
He promised to get a part and did not order it. He failed to follow through. I waited for a long time and now still the AC is not fixed since he did not do the right thing. I'm not sure if he would do the same if it was a family member. Definitely not professional.
