Dishwasher
Very nice very polite. Very helpful. Dishwasher cannot be serious but I'm asking you to please replace it as soon as possible. It's been six weeks without a dishwasher. I think that's ample time. Just submit it.

Kimono is the best
We had 5 visits since May for same issue and Kimonti came twice. He is excellent and knows so much more than other tech. who came and basically wasted 4 weeks in getting to the final fix. Kimoni went the extra mile.

He was very friendly and explained our appliance's issue throughly. We were unfortunately unable to have the repair completed due to availability of the needed part. But he did as much as he could do to help find the part number and explained next steps to work with the manufacturer to get the needed part. Hopefully we are able to get this repaired quickly once it arrives.
