They Did Not Do A Good Job
I waiting all day for the technician to arrive. He did not arrive until after 4pm. The repair technician left before making sure the problem was fixed but of course he told me it was fixed. Guess what, the problem was not fixed. Now I have to set up another appointment to get it fixed and they don't have availability until 2 weeks. This company is not very knowledgeable and they're definitely not accommodating.

Took all parts and refused to do service
A previous technician noted lots of updates that needed to be done and ordered lots of parts when the second technician came after all the parts arrived in the mail he said nothing needed to be fixed and took all the parts with them and left. It was very confusing and very frustrating and after the first technician said all the repairs would be covered in no charge the second technician said there would be charges if he did any of the repairs. We have a master protection plan which has never had any co-pays or charges ever! Very disappointed, probably will not renew my contract.

I did NOT sign the order when the technician finished because he did NOT replace the refrigerator door that was ordered and in the box at my house. He said he didn't think I needed a new door and he took it with him. I got an email and evidently the technician marked where I was supposed to sign which I don't appreciate. He complained that the customer before me took longer than expected and he wasn't supposed to have to install a door without having a helper. I think that's the reason he didn't install the door.

Very very poor service
Tech came to fix my dryer and left with out doing a thorough check. Now when I start my dryer it runs for 1 minute and shuts down. I've been sealing with this for three weeks now. The service is very poor and I'm still with out a dryer to dry my clothes. And when I call back I get the run around and sent to 4-5 different people.

Left machine leaking
Machine was not draining water when he came to fix and now it is leaking water and they will not return multiple left messages

Paid almost $400, dryer still broken
Problem with diagnosed and part was ordered, part was installed about 2 weeks later. By the second load of laundry after the maintenance was complete The dryer began squealing loudly every time it was started. Now it's gotten worse to the point where we can't even turn it on because it's so loud and sounds like something's getting damaged in there. Yes I would like my money back, but I would settle for a working dryer.

FRAUDULENT no show
Alex B was a no show no call and forged my signature on his electronic estimate. He did not come to my house today, marked the estimate as complete and no one has been here to repair the LG ice maker.

Very disappointed
The technician diagnosed my problem of an inoperable compressor. But he told me that the model number of my refrigerator was for a GE model not the Profile model with a 5 year warranty. He said my model came with only a 1 year warranty which was beyond warranty period date and that he could not work on it with the work order he had. He charged me for the service call and diagnosis which I paid noting on the check it is under protest. GE later said that he was entirely wrong, the unit is a Profile model with a 5 year warranty and that he could easily have found the correct information and fixed my unit. I am still without a working unit for over 2 months.
