Range repair
The great service started with the call from Randall confirming the issue I was having with my range. When Travis arrived I was wearing a mask because of my husband's health issue. He immediately said that he would get his mask from his vehicle. He was very courteous and professional throughout the job. He installed the needed part which he had in his vehicle.

Water dispenser repair
First of all, he arrived early and was very pleasant and professional. He immediately got to work and definitely appeared to know what was needed and took action. Soon afterwards he was done, cleaned up and gone. Good experience and hopefully 🙏 all will be good with our appliance.
