Got us to the right people
Even though I provided a detailed explanation of the wifi failure on our GE Profile range, I don't thing Sears gave Ron any information. Even so, he jumped right in, asked good questions, and gave it his best effort. He went through all of the steps we had already tried and when the connection failed again, he contacted tech folks who helped us figure out that our router, not the range, was probably the problem. In a move we greatly appreciated, Ron left us the phone number so that we could easily reach the people who would be able to walk us through the steps we would take to fix the issue and be able to use our air fryer.
