Repair
After a routine maintenance check and replacing the 4 washer stabilizers, the tub was not balancing on it's own. After a series of text messages, a virtual conversation, the needed parts were ordered and delivered but when I tried to have mine appointment moved from July 17 to a sooner date, I could not get the system to do that. (Text message, phone calls, on=line to speak to a real person, not the auto chat or voice message). So I finally got a new repair date but when the technician didn't show up during that date's allotted time, I went back on line and requested q NEW repair visit and that afternoon the technician showed up, thinking that he had another washer to fix. Finally the washer was fixed and is running very well. The Technician was great, a solid worker and very people friendly, the parts came in a timely manner, it was the system that I am frustrated with. Technician had not received any of the new messages about my new appointment. One REAL person contact would have saved me a lot of time trying to get fix my washer. Thanks for that.
