Ok, let me start with David is an awesome tech and very personable. As for your ordering/tracking system there is no other way to say it, IT SUCKS. The parts were ordered and then received a week later/ However, your AI sent a message stating my appointment was canceled and rescheduled because the parts had not arrived. I was looking right at the boxes. The packing slip matched the order. This happened three times over a 30 day period. This even after numerous messages that were left stating the parts were waiting. So your tech was awesome. Your ordering process and tracking are a joke.
