Washer repair
David did a great job. Thank you for having great employees. Your system of scheduling service SUCKS. You need to give your customers a better time frame of when the service will take place. The 8am to 5 pm is really bad for those of us who work. We have to take the whole day off. If you could schedule the time in the morning or the afternoon would be much better.

Friendly, punctual, and transparent service
David was great, called when he was on his way, explained what was happening with my washer, and spent time looking for the best price on parts. He also gave me a tip for my freezer door before he left, which was very kind and not part of his call. It feels rare these days to find a friendly and trustworthy repairman!
