Tech great! Online customer service not so good.
David was great and very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately SHS was not the same with their scheduling. Online scheduling did not reschedule a requested appointment as they said would happen on their app. This change was confirmed to me, but caused their techs to come to an appointment which had been rescheduled but to which they has not been notified.

Professional and Knowledgeable
Once the tech was able to come out and complete the repair (due to parts being sent) all was good! The issue we have is with the warranty company, but that is another story. We always have good service from A & E.

We were pleased with the service we received on our Oven. Part has been replaced and we should be good! I had another appliance on a recent completed claim and we got that issue resolved as well. Eugene was very professional and knowledgeable on the issues we were having!
