I've had a LOT of trouble with my oven for the past 6 months now, and I've had 4 technicians total and the ONLY one who can do his job, is Lee. I now specifically ask for him and him ONLY when I need work done, which is often. And by doing his job, I mean the whole nine yards. He will take my oven out, repair it, and put it all back together. NOT leave me with an oven in the floor and the door off, to put back together myself as the homeowner. Yes, this has happened w/2 different technicians🤦♀️ I highly recommend Lee. He is great at his job, and deserves a raise.

The Sears A&E technician, Luis, was professional and friendly. No issues with his service. The Sears A&E scheduling system was horrific. They scheduled us and no showed twice. There is no option to speak to person. Sears A&E needs to fix their scheduling system.

Excellent Repairman
Even though our washer could not be fixed he really tried but it was just too old to save. The transmission was bad so it's just time for a new one. He was kind, polite and felt really bad he could not save it. I would want him again if we need service.
