So I have to say your technician was exceptional, and I was very impressed with him but your service that the company (SEARS) THAT IS, IS A RIP OFF). I would recommend your technician to any one; but absolutely would not recommend your company (SEARS) To anyone at all. What happened, you use to be an American staple. So again your technician was excellent so don't go blaming this review on him. You as a company need to step up and do not blame it on your employees. Your prices are outrageous and Iam willing to bet your employees are still struggling to make ends meet. So all and all SEARS needs to step it up and stop profiting from the backs of your employees
