Ac unit seized motor
Mr. Abdur-Rahman S was extremely efficient and courteous. The work was troubleshooted and fixed in minimum time. I know this because the last technician took over 3 hours to find and replace the motor, while Mr. Abdur-Rahman brought a motor prior to even looking at the unit. This tells me that he had prior experience in dealing with customer discrepancy phone call write-ups. Hoping all my Sears maintenance calls continue to please. Happy Customer.

Mark took the top apart and quickly found the problem and manually pushed the button inside and cleared the CL code I couldn't clear. The machine was operable when Mark was done.
