He was very prompt, professional and courteous. He came the first time, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Returned a week later to install the part and had the job completed in 15 minutes! He was amazing. I would recommend him to anyone.

Jeremy cared about us
Jeremy was Very professional- courteous, knowledgeable, and took care of business. We were surprised that the ordered part did not fix our cloths washer. Jeremy said the plastic liner that held the tub and feet was cracked and it was only a matter of time until the hose got a hole again. He was informing American Home Warranty that the machine was not repairable. We appreciate his caring attitude.
