Washing machine repair
Martin was professional, efficient and thorough in his trouble shooting of the problem with our washer. He determined the cause, ordered the parts needed, had the parts sent to us, and returned shortly after the parts arrived. He quickly installed the parts and had the machine ready to work in short order. We are extremely pleased with his work.

Went out of his way
Martin was able to come by before the scheduled appointment. He said to let him know when the parts arrived and if he was in the area and had time he would install the part. We are opening a men's rehab and were without an oven. We are back up and running and appreciate Martin going above and beyond, that's more rare than it should be. Thanks Martin
