Replaced compressor
This tech has had to come behind another tech who was here five times and replaced a bunch of parts, yet was unable to get the freezer section cold enough to freeze a bottle of water. This second tech then determined that the compressor was going bad, ordered one and replaced it today. We will see if that makes a difference. Having worked in the service industry for 50 years I can tell you that there is nothing more aggravating than coming behind someone else to troubleshoot a problem.
